I talk to tech support on the phone for a while because of it before I found out that Dragon Center would Automatically detect the correct serial number. This happened to me and it is a known problem. The serial number of your motherboard and the serial number on the box May not match because the motherboard may have been packed in the wrong box. All of the accessories were in the original packaging, seems like semantics at this point. The battery report doesnt indicate any cycles, its at basically full capacity still.
